Mobile Terms and Conditions

Program name: Cypress Oak Studios Order Alerts

This is a non-promotional, transactional messaging program. Customers who expressly opt in may receive an order confirmation and later production, shipping, or delivery updates for their order. Artists and designated studio staff who separately opt in may receive internal alerts when a new paid order is placed.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

A customer may opt in from the shopping cart before continuing to payment. The customer must actively check the SMS order updates checkbox, which is unchecked by default, and then enter a US mobile number. The checkbox displays the program name, expected message frequency, message and data rate notice, STOP and HELP instructions, and links to these Mobile Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Customers who do not check the box receive the same order confirmation and updates by email. We record the mobile number, the disclosure version, the source of consent, and the time consent was received. A public copy of the checkout disclosure is available on our SMS Consent page.

Only Cypress Oak Studios artists and designated staff may enroll in internal order alerts. They complete the written consent record shown on our SMS Consent page by providing their name and mobile number, actively checking the unchecked consent box, and signing and dating the record. They deliver the completed record to the studio administrator in person or at hello@cypressoakstudios.com. The administrator verifies their role, retains the consent record, and manually adds only the approved number to the relevant site's alert configuration.

We do not accept any other initial opt-in method for this program. In particular, we do not use purchased lists, verbal customer consent, or an unsolicited text message to request consent.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number that messaged you. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages from this program unless you opt in again.

You may also request removal by emailing hello@cypressoakstudios.com. Customers who opt out still receive order information by email. After a STOP request, reply START only if you want to resume messages for a consent path you previously completed.

Message frequency varies. An opted-in customer typically receives 1–5 messages per order. An opted-in artist or staff member may receive up to one alert for each paid order placed on the site they support. We do not send recurring scheduled or promotional messages.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The program is available for US mobile numbers on supported carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed on every carrier, device, or plan. Messages are sent from a standard 10-digit US long code number.

Read our Privacy Policy for details. We use Twilio to deliver messages. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these Mobile Terms and Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
